Spawning in wrong area with STARSHIP.WAD

Description

This bug appears to have been around a while though it
has only recently been brought to my attention.

When the player is spawned into MAP01 upon first
loading the level - they are spawned into a (completly)
incorrect location. Into an area that is impossible to
escape from without cheats.

This PWAD, STARSHIP.WAD
(http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=14287),
is a six level hub for vanilla HEXEN and should work
flawlessly in jHexen.

I've tried this PWAD with HEXEN.EXE and spawning works
correctly.

This doesn't appear to be related to the recent fix for
the playerstarts limit commited to SVN (voodoo-doll bug
in Caesar.WAD).
